I have mixed feelings about The Masters. First, I have not had enough communication with the management staff to say whether or not that are as horrible as everyone is stating, but the few times I have, they are very straight forward and not at all personal. It is disappointing considering all we pay to keep them employed! The furnace is ridiculously loud!! The walls are paper thin! Watch what you do or say...your neighbors will hear! Parking is getting out of control and WAY TOO MANY pets here! Dog poop EVERYWHERE!!

I read both of your statements, and I agree with you, I dont know if you were here with the other staff but the manager and the leasing agent were awesome and great and helped when needed. The maintenance work actually got done and got done right and on time. And the parking is outrageous also I have the same problem but it slowly got better after a few calls and a letter. also people need to at least pick up after their pets as well..
