If ya wanna get screwed...go here

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
We had a one bedroom there and when the winter came our pipes froze. They tried to fix it and had no luck. It was one of the coldest weeks of the year too. We had to get a few space heaters and they didn't give us a break on rent or anything. When we moved out we got a bill for some things that we shouldn't have had to pay for. We got a concession each month for the carpet because there was some stains and some cigarette burns that they couldn't get out. Well, when we moved out they charged us for a carpet cleaning which shouldn't be our problem when the carpet was already like that. There was NO new stains, they also said that there wasn't any ice cube trays in the freezer when we didn't even get ice cube trays when we moved in, and they wanted to charge us 10 bucks for those things when you can get them for 2 for a dollar most places and also when we moved in we had to replace of the drip pans on the stove because it was so grimy. Then when we moved out they charged us for a large drip pan when we shouldn't have had to pay for it because we had replaced the one that was in there and they wanted to charge us an outrageous price for that too. So believe me..You don't want to go to that apartment complex. My husband also had his car broken into not once but twice out there. nice security they have. Just look in the paper & u'll see what goes on there. drugs, break-ins....nice community huh' I just wanted to warn anybody that is looking to rent here.
