I lived in the Kuder estates 2 years ago and recently started recieving Comcast bills from that address that I pulled the plug on 2 years ago. Whomever moved into my apartment was able to get a hold of my information and social security number via mail that had never been removed from the mailbox by the staff before my mail was transfered to my new address. Don't rent here if you want a bunch of excuses from staff, want to get ripped off, want your identity stolen, or want to love next door to criminals.
