I just renewed my lease, mainly because you can't beat the convenience of living here. I pay rent and electric, no water or heat. I will agree with one reviewer, it sucks when the pipes freeze, because that has happened to us. The problem was fixed pretty quick, though. I love the location and I feel safe letting my kids play outside. I think the staff is very helpful, and willing to listen to suggestions to make things better. (A change dispenser would be great for laundry day!) I locked me and my three kids out of the apartment at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Maintenence was there 10 minutes later in the pouring rain to let us in. And there was no extra charge. I plan on staying until we out grow the apartment.
