I love it here...no heating bill...24 hour maintenance at your beck n call...the staff is so friendly n wonderful. They always have a smile every time I see them! The grounds n halls are always clean...except for salt during the winter months...but IF it WASN"T there, we'd complain about that! They plow n salt whenever it is needed too! It is very quiet here in my building...I've never had any problems with any other tenants. I read the other reviews n I have to say for the one that complained about Comcast that's a Comcast issue...not a Kuder issue. I know whenever I move (n I have lived in many apts before this to compare for job relocations) I knew it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to have all my services shut off n final bills sent to my new address. Also I thought every adult over 18 knew about changing your address at the post office to avoid issues. Isn't it unlawful for people to go into other's federal mailboxes''''''' What are they suppose to do' As for frozen pipes..it wasn't in my building!! n you can avoid ants if you Cleaned Your Apartment from time to time!!!!!
