This is the best place in Warsaw. If you have any trouble you tell the friendly office staff and they take care of the issues right away. They let you see the apartment you are going to live in so there are no surprises. The other people on here must not have cantacted the office when there was a problem. They are always willing to take care of any issues I have had. I also have friends that have extended their leases because of the office staff being so helpful. The person that broke their lease must not have read the lease they signed because it is spelled out in black and white. I mean seriously people it is a legal contract you are signing. You wouldn't stop paying on a car just because you don't want it anymore and not expect the bank to charge you.
