I have lived here from September 2008 to April 2009. I moved in with a co-worker temporarily and cannot wait to move. Here is a list of the problems:
1. They are not timely with snow removal and you are lucky if they even do the sidewalk.
2. My laundry has been stolen by the old lady with dimensia.
3. No central air conditioning
4. The entry way to the building smells like urine.
5. They are more expensive than most other apartments in Warsaw
6. They have NO amenities.
7. The apartments are just very very cheap.
8. The name is slang for ------!

Thank you!!! This is awesome you are so right. I think I was here when the police came for the dryer dispute! I'm just glad they finally got her to stop knocking on our door in the middle of the night. Can't wait to move out in the next month.

It's really funny that you hated it here so bad brought cookies into the office to thank the staff for helping you out. I guess that was just for show wasn't it Matt? You never seemed to have any complaints when you lived here that you told the office about.

Whoa, I'm actually looking for a new place to live for me and my daughter. I just looked at these apartments from the road Monday, they looked nice. I'm just trying to figure out how much they cost, didn't realize so many unhappy tenants lived here. Can anyone give me an example of the pricing? Is the lease 1 or 2 years? I have a lot of questions, and I like to hear it from people that live there, rather then a person trying to sell it!
