I lived in Orchard Ridge Apartment, Warsaw, IN - 46592
Good Apartments but Bad Management.
I left Apartment in Good Condition - Manager Checked Apartment - Everything was Fine.
She told me that your Deposite will be Mailed to you within 30 Days and its almost 6 months, i have not received my deposite
Even after 15 Phone Calls i got one answer check has been mailed.
Manager is very helpfull but she is not ready to give Corporate Office Phone Number.
And now i am getting voice mail all the time while i call 574-269-7855.
so nice apartment, nice manager but BAD MANAGEMENT - CORPORATE OFFICE - BAD MAINTENANCE.
Please count your Deposite money part of your Rent and forget it or ready to fight for long time.
