I've lived here for over 6 years now. It started out good but sold to someone who seemed determined to turn this place into a high priced slum. Now it's been sold again. They fired the manager who was fighting to clean this place up and turned it over to a property management company. They are opening it up to HUD now. If I thought it was bad before it's about to get a whole lot worse. Property management companies are only interested in pocketing as much money as they can and that means no repairs, no improvements and no interest in the tenants as individuals. They are raising the rents again and consistently give nothing back in return. While this used to be the premiere apartment place in Warsaw, it's fast turning into one of the worse.
The grounds look bad all the time, they don't take care of the landscaping and the parking is adequate depending on the time of the year. Their is horrible security lighting and nothing ever gets fixed now - not even the super noticable stuff that can only be fixed by the apartment staff.
