This apartment complex is very nice, we have a quiet apartment that is in nice condition. When we first moved in there were a few problems with our apartment, but talking with the manager(new Manager) she replaced and made repairs to all our concerns. New manager is much better than the old, you can actually get ahold of her and she cares about the residents that live here. I would recommend Orchard Ridge to anyone looking for an apartment to rent. We looked at several before choosing this one and found this apartment to be nicer and priced about the same as the others we looked at. The location is great, it feels like you are in the country but still close to everything. Very convenient.. We love it here and look to stay for quit awhile!!!
