I have been at Orchard Ridge for well over 2 years now and am very disappointed! For the price you pay per month you would expect better appliances in the apartments, more parking spaces, nice landscaping, good management and better construction. The appliances here are an absolute joke. The apartments need serious TLC (inside and out). Management is getting better (to responding to concerns, break-ins, and apartment issues) but still takes far too long (especially when safety is a concern!). The only bright spot are the maintenance workers which try to help as much as possible.

Overall this is not worth the price. I can not wait until my lease is up so I can finally move out!! (we are counting down the days!!!)
