I have lived at Orchard Ridge for 4 yrs and would highly recommend it. We are under new managment and they are far superior to any we had in the past. It is a safe and quiet place to live. There have been tons of upgrades done in the last 6 months and maintenance is quick to fix any issues. Manager is always there and very kind and helpful.
