Don't move here! I have lived here from September 2008 to April 2009. I moved in with a co-worker temporarily and cannot wait to move. Here is a list of the problems:
1. They are not timely with snow removal and you are lucky if they even do the sidewalk.

Worst aptment I've had we recently moved out in august and it was a nightmare. I would rather live in a run down crackhouse with roaches everywhere than go back to Kuder. There was some kind of foil thing they found on the ground outside and tried blaming it on us cuz i made everyone smoke

Happy to have moved here I'm very happy here. It is quiet, has nice nature areas such as a pond and a meadow, it is quiet and there is plenty of parking. I've only had one minor maintenance issue, it was corrected immediately and cheerfully.
