LOVE IT HERE!!!! I have lived in Orchard Ridge for over a year and it is a great place to live! IF you read any bad reviews, they are obviously from disgruntled, unhappy people because of their own issues. Any issues or problems that have come up have always been addressed immediately.

wonderful community I have lived at Orchard Ridge for 4 yrs and would highly recommend it. We are under new managment and they are far superior to any we had in the past. It is a safe and quiet place to live. There have been tons of upgrades done in the last 6 months and maintenance is quick to fix

Worst aptment I've had we recently moved out in august and it was a nightmare. I would rather live in a run down crackhouse with roaches everywhere than go back to Kuder. There was some kind of foil thing they found on the ground outside and tried blaming it on us cuz i made everyone smoke
