For the space, distance from campus, quiet nature, etc. this was an excellent value for us. We had trouble with the old management but the new management was wonderful, working with us when we moved out (we paid full rent but they didn't charge us for carpet cleaning) and all in all were incredibly responsive. I'd recommend this place to young families looking for a good, clean, quiet place to live.
