I know that at first Copper Beech did not have the best management, but as the year went on a better, more experienced team was put into place and things got taken care of more efficiently. I also would like to commend them for taking care of the residents when the flood happened. They put everyone that was affected in hotels till they could get the water cleared out and now they are still working diligently to get all the repairs made. Overall they took care of the situation and did what was necessary to get information out to all the tenants.
The quality of living couldn't be better if what you're looking for is a spacious college apartment located only a few miles away from campus. After living at Copper Beech I would be hard-pressed to find anything as nice and affordable.

This must be some kind of joke. They didn't take care of residents during the flood. A flood that happened as a result of their faulty apartment design. Washer and dryers didn't work, the carpet was ripped up, workers left the basement window wide open, and they ripped out the drywall so you could walk into your neighbors townhome.
