I haven't lived at Copper Beech myself, but I know of students who rented there this year because they were told that Copper Beech was providing a Shuttle to Campus, similar to Willowbrook West.

When they moved in, there was no shuttle and were left to find transportation to Campus on their own.

This is an example of shoddy business practice: the old Bait and Switch routine.
