The management is aweful. They can't even keep track of checks our roommates wrote. They said for $10 extra a month that everyone can write their own checks. I had 4 roommates and we all did this. You think they are getting $40 extra a month they can keep tracking of monthly rent. Well our lease was up in December and they want us to pay $1352 in unpaid rent that is not owed. All my roommates and I that have went our separate ways since we graduated all have to round this stuff up and make a trip back to West Lafayette to proof to them that we paid because they are incompetant. Our apartment was even ready when we moved in. Our original lease was given away after we changed all of our bills prior that that address on the original receipt. Internet kept going down and they don't seem to care or want to do anything about it. They take advantage of college students big time. This is definately the worse place I have ever lived in. Our apartment wasn't even done being painted and they charged us for it when we moved out. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They don't care about their tenants just getting your money.
