One of the worst in W. Lafayette

My girlfriend had the same problems with the management that have been echoed in the other reviews. The original construction was poor to begin with and it always took more than one request to get anything fixed. They didn't properly maintain the new bushes and trees they planted. Several of the buildings are prone to flooding. Rent is overpriced.
She's moved out and after 4 months they still haven't sent out her deposit. She's called 6 times and they can't tell her the reason for the delay. The office seems to think that since they use "an accountant" they are removed from that responsibility.
Poor location if attending Purdue. Especially bad location for biking to campus, since you can't avoid fast, heavily traveled roads with no bike lane.
