Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We lived here during my husband's senior year at purdue. If you want to ride your bike, forget it. The roads leading to campus are narrow and heavily travelled. When we moved in the apartment was FILTHY- our feet were turning black just walking on the carpets. The walls were all marked up, probably hadn't been painted for at least the people before us. We loved the floor plan and parking was good for us since we lived in the back building with no other apartments across from us. A lot of other people complained about the parking. The management is TERRIBLE- don't expect them to know the answer to any question. They are unorganized, unqualified and simply rude on some occasions. Terry the maintanence man does the best he can with what little help he has. He is very kind and we always kind of felt bad asking him to things because he was so busy!
Not to mention they do not enforce the dog poo rules at all so it is always all over the place. Even though we had our own large dog it can be disgusting when you get that many animals living on the same grounds. Overall, we were very disappointed and glad for graduation so we could get out of there! Oh yeah, the people who we shared a patio with had the cops out all the time and if you're not a college student the noise on Fri and Sat nights might be really annoying.
