When I moved in the apartment was disgusting, bugs everywhere, the bathroom had mold everywhere, some places almost an inch thick. The managment was not helpful, they wouldn't clean the apartment until the next week, dispite having an extra month to clean it before I got there. They agreed to reimburse me for cleaning supplys and pay ME to clean it. They never did.

Also, the water stinks. Literally, it smelled like rotten eggs. If I turned on the water my apartment smelled bad the rest of the day. Obviously, because of this, I didn't use the water much, but still had to pay the same fees as everyone else. I am pretty sure this is illegal. The appartment complex is not allowed to make money off of water and sewer fees.

As for the noise, I had upstairs neighbors. If they moved, I could hear it. The construction of the appartments is shoddy at best.

I moved out over a month ago, leaving a very clean apartment, but have yet to recieve my deposit back, and have no hopes of ever recieving it.

DO NOT LIVE HERE, it is the biggest dump I have ever lived in.
