Am a current resident - I currently pay for a parking decal to park around my apartment, however during weekends with parties and people filling up the lot without paid permits i find myself driving around the complex to look for a spot. Last night I got tired of looking and admittedly (wrong i know) I parked in a handicapped spot that is never used (been here for 5 months and have never seen it used) close to my apt. This morning, not 6 hours after I parked in the spot my car has been towed - with NO warning or information on what towing company was used...I had to call around myself to find my car and make sure it wasn't stolen. This is ridiculous.
