NEVER live here. When I moved into my apartment, it wasn't even cleaned yet! The shower was navy blue ALL over (mold), the baseboards in my closet had mold all over, it wasn't vacuumed, etc. There was paint all over the cabinets. The countertops were completely destroyed. The light fixtures and a/c were rusted. The heaters did not work and there weren't even any covers on the heaters. There wasn't stuff like a toliet paper bar, a towel bar, etc. It is NOTHING like the model apartment!

When I got my keys on move in day, they told me that they just got done cleaning the apartment and that the countertops aren't bad, but they are going to replace them just to be nice. The countertops were disgusting!!! And like I said above, it was not cleaned at all. The cleaning people just got here as I was walking in the apartment.

They did replace everything, but it took THREE weeks, and they only discounted me for one week. I kept trying to get more of a discount...I stayed at a friends house for three weeks because it was so disgusting here. Also, while they were fixing stuff in the kitchen, they riped the tile when they moved the stove. They did replace that when I was gone that weekend. They never did because they forgot to come let in the workers. So the next Monday I had to be up at 7am to let them in which was very inconvenient considering I work till 3am. When I was explaining this inconveinence to the property manager, she was very rude. She told me "to be honest, the tile didn't even need to be replaced, but I was not invovled in that decision." So they penalized me for their decisons now''!! She told me that they couldn't do anything more because things such as the contertops were on back order so it wasn't their fault... she also told me that I did have countertops so it's not a big deal. I would never set anything on those countertops because of how digusting they were!!! Thus, the management here is very rude and inconsiderate. I also asked to speak to her supervisor (the district manager, who made the final decision about the discount) and she told me no! She said he already made his decision. It also took me 15 days to get ahold of the property manager. Everytime I call she "just stepped out of her office."
