I loved Baywater. I move out this June unfortunately b/c my roommates and I signed on campus before they approved a Copper Beech Baywater only shuttle bus. Now that they have a bus I totally wish I was staying. The apartments are huge. I have so much stuff in my bedroom it's unbelievable, including an elliptical and a weight bench to stay in shape. Parking was never really a problem there was always somewhere in the complex to park I may have just had to walk around a building or two to get to my place from my car. I have read people who say there is no parking...they are just lazy and get mad cuz they can't park right in front of their place.
Maintenance is fantastic now. The maintenance crew was replaced in February and are totally awesome. My requests are always handled within a day or two and the maintenance supervisor is also best friends with my dog now :-D.
It is dark out here, as in they don't have many street lights but I have been told that this problem is a work in process and will be fixed.
There are parties that happen out here but it's to be expected with such large aparments. I read the comment further down about the people who commented on the stabbing. I live near the apartment where that happened but the property manager evicted those guys immediately b/c of their unruly and unsafe behavior.
Overall I love it out here. The staff is friendly and very helpful if you are patient and nice to them, like you should be, and don't treat them like they're something to be walked on.
Now that they have a shuttle to take you to campus and the bars this is definitely the best place ever to live and I only wish I could get out of my lease on campus so I could stay here.

Ha...that's what I thought too...it is Copper Beech writing this. Even if you are nice to them, they are rude to you. I had to call at least twenty times over a ten day period to talk with a manager and I was EXTREMELY nice. I just asked if she was there and asked if she can PLEASE call me back. They have even lied to me - one minute she was on the phone - 10 minutes later I called back and was told she has not been in all day... This post also sounds like a commercial "I have so much stuff in my bedroom it's unbelievable!"

I really do live here...and I really do have a ton of stuff in my bedroom...don't believe me? Email me and you can come out and see it. And it's pretty sad that all you have to do all day is sit around and write nasty comments on other people's posts just because you didn't have the same experience I had out here.
