Maintenance is never in a timely manner, no matter how big or small the problem is, or how many times you call. Internet connection was no good, so we pay for Comcast. Overall shoddy construction.
However, plenty of space, and rent isn't too bad either.
As for parking issues, if you bombard the office with calls (as my roommate did last year)it seems to work. They began having tow trucks out every weekend.
I'd recommend if you don't mind dealing with a lot of issues that won't be taken care of promptly (and I mean...no washer for 2 months).
