I live at Baywater right now.. They promised us a "FREE SHUTTLE TO CAMPUS/PARTY BUS" for this school year. It is now going into the 2nd week of September and we have nothing. We are PAYING to ride the Campus Suites bus right now because that is the closest bus that will take us. We can't go out, since we live so far off campus, without paying for a $20.00 each way taxi to the bars.

We have called the maintenence people THREE seperate times for THREE different issues. We had a puddle in our kitchen from our back door after it had rained. Our front door lock is messed up and needs to be fixed. We can smell horrible cigarette smoke from our neighbors who decide its okay to smoke in their apartment-- coming in through the kitchen wall. They don't care about us apparently.

There is NOO security system in this place. RANDOM people who don't even live here come and dump their trash in our dumpsters and fill them up. We have all kinds of random people doing that all of the time. Before we moved in, they said they would be stepping up security because someone had broke over 10 car windows. There is hardly any lighting in this complex which makes it very unsafe for people getting home late/leaving early.

PRETTY much what I am saying is that I would much rather be living at College Station, where the staff actually cared about you living there.
