I moved in here in August. So far, almost everything has been pretty good. We didn't really have anything wrong when we moved in except for a place where our air conditioner leaked into the kitchen occasionally, which has been corrected. I haven't ever talked to the office staff, but the maintenance guys are good. It gets a little noisy on the weekends, but I think you have that when you live in an apartment complex for college students. I do wish that the shuttle bus was running. It's kind of annoying to have to hike across the highway to the CityBus stop or pay a $1 to ride the Campus Suites bus. If we had known that the shuttle wouldn't be ready when we were told it would be, we would've signed for a townhome at the Copper Beech property, where there is CityBus service.
