Please do not rent ANY apts from Crestview! I made the terrible mistake of renting from them w/o visiting. They have the worst apt design I've ever seen! The walls are mixed with regular painted walls and wooden panels! The air vents are placed in the worst areas: the SHOWER STALL, NEAR THE LIVING ROOM WINDOW, AND ABOVE THE KITCHEN CABINETS!! Heating is TERRIBLE!! They might as well take the carpet out, because it's as hard as the floor beneath it!! Then they had construction there for a while one summer, and I went without water for more than a day!! The horrible marks on the ceiling indicate the problems they had with flooding, because, of course, they don't replace the ceiling tiles!!

And, from what I've seen in other apts, if you get a furnished apt, they will leave the crappiest of all crappy junk! Their electric outlets are terrible!! You will not like it at all, and you will be too embarrassed to invite people over. I can count the number of people that have seen my apt on one hand!! Yes, it's that bad!!! And they over charge people b/c some of the apts are close to campus. But most of the apts are worth more like $200, based on quality alone.

and forget about the laundry facilities! those machines look like they've never been replaced, and they are constantly broken!

please run far, FAR away from crestview. Don't put yourself in misery by renting from these folks. the management-heck, they're ok but my goodness they should be ashamed of themselves to rent these low-class apts!!

it is a true nightmare, indeed.
