At first they seem really nice, but when you actually live in the apartment you find little things that make living there bad. First of all the security gate is almost always down or broken off and the hallways smell like dead animals. Second, you can hear everything through the walls and people walking above you on the celing. The vacuums are terrible and do not work at all and under the sink was water damaged tiles. There are also ants that come out of the cheap paneling that is on the wall so watch out for that. The worst part was when I moved out I cleaned for four hours my studio apartment and they charged me thirty five dollars worth of cleaning time and deven dollars for the windex they used in my one window. I only got back part of my deposit because they charged me to repace things that were not in the room but were supposed to be. Do not rent from these people they seem really nice, but all they want is for you to sign the lease and then you have no choice but to put up with their crap. I filed a report with the better business bureau because I was so dissatisfied with the experience had with them. Not worth the money at all!!!!
