The management and its philosophy are based on greed and exploitation of the growing student population in the area. The facilities are not well maintained and tenants are often lied to by the management with "promises" that rarely get materialized.
Crestview Apts almost always intend to keep the tenants' deposits upon vacancy. The management would make up all kind of unresonable excuses to keep the tenants' deposits.
Do not give out your social security number! Crestview management has been known to illegally "sell" tenants' personal information.
