Perfect for graduate students!

If you are a graduate student looking for affordable quiet housing, this is the place. Some of the buildings are about 30 years old but are well-kept and some are being remodeled. The management at Franklin Park is amazing. The ground are kept well, the pool is clean, maintenance is prompt and friendly, and the clubhouse and exercise rooms are great. The staff makes an effort to learn everyone's name and makes you feel like part of a large family.
I live in a one-bedroom apt. with a fairly spacious kitchen area and all new appliances. The location is great as I can easily bike to campus and walk to Wal-Mart or the Celery Bog. It seems everyone who lives here is quiet and respectful to their neighbors. The only downsides are that the older buildings can get a little drafty in the winter and the walls are kind of thin (usually not a problem). Also, there are a lot of dog owners so you might experience occasional barking.
I have lived here for two years and am coming back for at least a third. I have no need to try any other place!
