The management here is absolutely unbelievable. On April 27 I recieved an email stating that I owed them money and they would take legal action against me on May 2. After calling the office I learned that they didn't record my rent payment for January. Let me reiterate that they NEVER contacted me about THEIR mistake until the end of April! I paid and have a copy of the cashed check to prove it. The management here is completely irresponsible.
The parking situation is terrible at some buildings, but not too bad near mine.
The management is dishonest in regards to cleaning fees. They will charge for not cleaning the apartments, but will never actually have the cleaning performed.
I would not recommend anyone looking for a hassle-free experience to rent from McCormick Place.
