I have 2 daughters that rented off McCormicks for one year. Water is filthy.
Totally undrinkable and laundry will need to be done elsewhere. Management claims it is not their fault. They state it is the water companies fault. I suggested a water filtering system and was told they could not afford one. To top it off, my daughters moved out 5 months ago, and I still have not received their deposits back. Management states there was a delay at the main office.
