Cable/Internet IS NOT WORKING DON'T RENT

I heard this property is under receivership. This is a form of bankruptcy. The internet hasn't worked for a while and cable channels are missing. They must not be paying the bills. When you try to call their published # of 765-497-7500, it rings busy. They can't even pay the telephone bills! I wouldn't rent here! It is absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your money!
