Great place to live and a bargain!

I have lived at Pine Manor 1 year and plan to renew my lease again this year. My apt. is spacious with plenty of sun light. I have not had any difficulty reaching my landlord whenever I had questions and maintenance issues were repaired the same day I notified management of the problem. The internet and satellite tv are included with in the rent which is a great bargain. It is much more quiet than living on campus and it is within walking distance to Marsh, Payless, CVS, Walgreens and many restaurants. There is plenty of parking for the residents as well as visitors.
