Tenant's Right to Privacy: Landlords are required by LAW to notify tenants 24 hours before they enter the property. Exception is in case of emergency.

Southfork's law: they enter whenever they want. Even to show the apartment to three guys when there is a female tenant in the shower.

Landlord and wife have made RACIST remarks to me, and have confused me with every other female tenant of my race in the building. I have been screamed at for not paying my rent [which I had], for wanting to live with "two filthy HOMOSEXUALS " [actually, that was another tenant. I just wanted to live with one, and he's very clean and not out], heard her refer to another Chinese tenant as a "commie".

They don't allow men to live with women, and have moved tenants without letting others know so that they can have all male or all female apartments. Yet, when they couldn't find another person for our apartment, they moved in a guy they just picked up off the streets. How would you feel if you walked home and there's a random guy moving in'!
