IT SUCKS!!!
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 12/21/2002
Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Broken doorknobs, window frames, air-conditioner, closet doors, cracked ceiling, old apartment all remain unfixed.
Parking : Always full, with tons of potholes.
Noise level: The floor makes horrible noises, and you can hear every step when you walk.
Construction: The apartment is definitely falling apart.
Maintenance Service quality: Slow response, gives excuses and refuses to repair within the first month we moved in.
Office staff: They are like high school students, very unprofessional, also give lame excuses for not providing acceptable customer services.
If you decided to rent their apartments anyway, don?t ever let the USPS, or FedEx people drop off your stuff at the apartment office. The office let people go in an out of their storage room, you may lose your package and they will not be responsible for it. It says clearly on the door of the storage room at the apartment office. I would just tell you not to live there, there are a lot more apartments closer to campus and with more professional apartment management. To be honest, I wanted to move out the first week I moved in. I have been living in different apartments for 5 years, and this is so far the crappiest! If you still want to live there, GOOD LUCK!
