MOSTLY GOOD...

I lived at Williamsburg for 2 years and really liked it overall. The apartments are among the largest that close to campus, and there is plenty of parking which is a problem at most other places. The apartments are very old, but they keep them up as best they can, and once you get your furniture an decorations in there it looks just as cute as any other apartment, and they have some character since they are older. They have an indoor pool, fitness center. They are also always having dinners, cookouts, etc. for the residents. They had a finals week buffet last year that was awesome. They had something different to eat every day of the week for FREE, and it wasn't like snacks, it was like subway, pizza hut, etc.
The only bad thing I have to say is that the maintenance isn't stellar. there is like one maintenance guy that is good. the supervisor sucks (maintenance). The office staff is friendly and helpful, but a bit unorganized. There are about 3 people full-time in there that know what they are doing, then they have these assistants who don't know their ass from a hole in the ground.
Overall, the place is great and a good deal too.
