Pretty nice!

Overall I am impressed with Williamsburg on the Wabash. The apartments are old, but are so roomy that it really doesn't matter. Most apartments this close to campus are like little cracker boxes compared to the space here. And they have a decent fitness center. The only gripe I have is that maintenance can be a little slow, but I think it's because they are understaffed when all the students move in at once. I think they need to train the office staff better. I only know 2 or 3 people in there that know what's going on, then there are these little college office helper people who have never really been able to answer any my questions. Overall it's great...great location, great price, spacious, nice amenities. Just watch when you move out that you take pictures of the condition you left your apartment in. I haven't had any bad deposit experiences with Williamsburg, but it is common knowledge that all apartment complexes try to take advantage of college students because they can. The last place I lived at (Chauncey Hill) tried to charge me for new paint, new carpet, and cleaning, when I left it in excellent condition!
Good luck... choose Williamsburg!
