any less than that, dont. it was the best at that time. it is quite a distance from the campus, id only recommend it if you have a car. you can of course, take a bus, but if you are into your senior year, ud need to stay late in school and u wouldnt want to walk all the way home late at night. 3 bedroom townhome is awesome. the biggest room is big. i managed to put a queen sized bed, another single bed, computer tables, TV all inside the room. the other 2 rooms are decent. the best thing about it is since it's a 2 floor apt, all the cooking smell doesnt get inside the your bedroom. another good thing is you can host party.
one thing to watch out for is, neighbours Will Party ALL NIGHT LONG even during the exam periods. you cant study well.
advice is, with all the new housings and apartments being constructed, you will definitely be able to find a better place than this. but if you cant, try to get the 3 bedroom TOWNHOME. if not, forget about it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
