What is good' Not far from campus (12-15 minutes walk), relatively big, fare price, quick responce for emergenices ( neighbors leaving above me were flooding me, and it was fixed within hour and a half

What is bad' May take long time to fix problems. ( I had no light in restroom for a month, water dipping in kichen tab for a year :-) ). The appartments are pretty old, and the furniture isn't new either.

The neighbors were flooding you is a negative in my book, you HAVE to fix that. So in essence you've said pretty much nothing but negative things here, thats misleading since your saying you agree this place is nice. Oxy moronic.
