Go elsewhere.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
In general, the floor plan is spacious, and the pricing is competitive. However, maintenance is VERY slow in responding to problems. When I moved in, it was advertised that the apartments was cable-ready. When I looked, the cable had been cut and almost ripped out of the wall. I called maintenance right away, and they assured me that they would be there soon to fix the problem. Not believing them, I called the cable company to come fix it, which they did. To this day (3 months later) I haven't heard from maintenance about it. The apartments are rather old, as reflected in the appliances and flooring. One real benefit is that the bus stop is right in front of the apartment complex, so it is convenient.
However, if the price increases too much next year, I will rent elsewhere. I would probably not recommend these apartments to anyone, unless their only concern is to find apartments that are low-priced.
