The place is VERY BAD!!

To begin with, the maintenance does not think they have to do anything. They are afraid to make the slightest move without contacting their supervisors at AIMCO headquarters. The maintenance is very shoddy and takes forever to come. Mostly, they jsut patch things up without repairing anything seriously. The water heater cannot supply hot water for more than 5 min before it turns cold. Multiple repair requests didn't result in any substantial improvement. Regular problems with flushing the toilet.
The last year of my life there I had to use the plunger almost every month and sometimes even more often. When I called about a month ago I was told by the management that not being able to flush a toilet is not any more serious than a non-functioning air conditioner, and they have to take care of those requests first as they were filed earlier than mine! I had to wait for several hours before the maintenance person came and took care of it.
It seems that their approach can be summed up as "just run it to the ground and keep taking money from the residents". Right before I moved out, they painted the outside of balconies and installed new lobby doors, probably to fool new potential residents with good looking facade. I suggest everybody should be savvier than that and steer clear of them.
