not the greatest

i moved here because my brother had a place for 3 years and it appeared great.however after i moved in i found out that if you get an apartment faceing the very busy north river road don't expect to get a good nights sleep as the semi's are driving by all night long and the walls are very thin. balconies are very small barley had enough room to put a grill on it. if you are one of the lucky ones you may get a screen door that is on it runners but if you are like everyone else you will not have a functional sliding screen door. when i flushed the toilet it would run for 30 minutes before it stopped when i called maintance they stated that they could not fix it. the room smell like sewage everytime it rained. the good things were that the floor plans were spacious and the rooms in apartment 12 were very up to date and looked great. however after paying rent for on time for 2 years myself and 3 years for my brother the managment would not consider giving me a 6 months lease. i recommend getting a place in apartment 12 with a room that faces the river as it could cure the noise caused by the road. however with so many new places being built i would highly recommend going elsewhere
