This complex has been a good place to live - especially as a first year student. It is close enoough to walk to campus, the bars, the movies, and quite a few restaurants. There is a really nice paved running/walking trail that starts at the edge of the complex.
The quality of the apartment depends on the building that you end up living in...some of the buildings are about 15-20 years old while some are like 10 - so the newer ones are nicer. All of the units are very spacious.
The problem that I had with this complex is that it gets quite noisy, especially during football season, nice weather, and whenever the students feel like being loud (3 AM soccer in the courtyard) and that isnt something that is going to change - so if youre a heavy sleeper, its a great deal!

If your a first year college student you shouldn't be interested in bars.
If your a transfer and over 21 then you've lived somewhere else and should know this place sucks.
