Absolute Crap

Dont move it here. After Staying here for three years, they threw out all our belongings one week before the end of the lease becasue they promised the apartment to a new resident without our permission. I am about to file a Lawsuit regarding this.

And the Apartments are just as horrible. DOnt be fooled by the model apartment, MAKE sure you see the apartment that you are about to move in to, even if you have disturb the current resident. This is important. Get all fixes in writing.

The river floods every summer (and even once in winter) here and damages our cars. Maintenance is horrible, it takes a week for any request to come through.
Wireless Internet : Just dont get it. Its slow, horrible, keeps disconnecting every ten minutes, and the only other option is DSL.
Management: Dont be fooled by the pretty management, since they are pretty incompetent when it comes to handling any request. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
