I've lived here for a year and I think that the maintenance team and office staff are both great! Granted, I've had issues but overall--I would recommend this place to anyone!

But why? You havn't gone into any detail here as to why its great, in fact you only show that its negative by saying you've had problems. How is this helpful to anyone?
