This is my first year at Williamsburg on the Wabash, and I have been very pleased.

Good:
-Spacious apartments. Just right.
-I have never been without a parking space. Parking is wonderful here.
-Mantainence was fast. Our sink started to leak and they came out day of our request and installed a brand new sink.
-Wireless internet has been great. It's more on the expensive side, but its worth it.
-The other features like basketball courts, clubhouse, etc are very nice to have around when friends come over.
-The complex is generally quiet with the occasional party on a weekend.
-The price seems about right as well, especially compared to other apartments just down the road.
-Every year they clean the carpets and repaint. For being so old, they keep them up pretty well.
-Staff is very helpful.
-15 minute walk to Knoy...similar to living at Hillenbrand on campus.
-On the "Happy Hallow" bus route.
-Tons of units.
-Property is kept up well.

Bad:
-The place is old so the floors squeek a lot.
-Each apartment is different from various improvements here and there. Some have better kitchens than others, different carpet, etc.
-Apartment can get musty and smelly.
-Some windows have trouble closing properly.
-Laundry is OVERPRICED and HORRIBLE! (Suggest going to laundrymat at the Levee.)
-Not much soundproofing at all.

The rest are subtle things here and there that are common goods and bads you can find at other apartments. Overall, its a very nice place to stay, and I would recommend it.
