Well, WoW was OK but things went badly for us from the start. The apartment was not fully ready to move into and some major problems needed to be fixed. On top of that, the managenemt conveniently forgot to tell us about setting up the electricity bill so we were out of electricity for a while. However, to their credit, they did try to help us with the problems. The many undergrads there make noise pollution a BIG issue, even during finals! Plus, there never seemed to be enough laundry machines for everyone. Maintenence was OK overall except one time when the heater wasn't fixed for TWO weeks in the middle of winter. The staff seem pretty friendly but not too competent. The apartments are old and not so well maintained. I have no regrets about living there since I didn't know any better before coming to Purdue but I would never go back there. While the indoor pool and gym facilities are pretty cool, I really didn't like too much about the place other than that. Oh, and if you're really going to live there, try not to get lower floor apartments in case of flooding from the river. Also, I have YET to get my refund from them (which should have taken two months according to them) even though it's been almost six months since I moved out. Horrid managenment, I guess.
