Most difficult company to work with staff is unfriendly and rent was $750 for a 1 bedroom which is outragous and it was a month to month lease which after moving out they tried to say it was a year lease and sent everything for the year to collections. I hired a lawyer and fought this thankfully I got it all cleared up and my credit fixed but they sure do try to take you if you do lease here just beware!!! Plus they have bad lease rates they made me and a friend get seperate units because they said they needed better rates and refused to let us room so yeah I guess that was the first himt to turn away.

[Drains are slow, bugs are bad in units, hallways smell terrible, laundry is expensive, not in unit and take a couple times trought to be decent, aircondition is poor, and untilities are extreamly expensive]
