Had a list of problems including leaking ceilings, dog feces in the closet when we moved in crooked doors that wouldn't shut or latch, a hole in the wall when we moved in (that they patched but then took out of our deposit to repaint) and multiple incidences of shoddy workmanship. When courting new residents they make a lot of promises and promote their "resort-like" living but a month after people move in, most of these stop. They were supposed to have a private shuttle (with one or two more being added after school started)to and from campus that was supposed to pick up every 15 minutes...picked up once an hour, then not at all, then CityBus started doing the route. A 24 hour club house that began closing at 2 AM, a hot tub that closed in August (less than a month after we moved in)permanently, a four person cruise that was not really given to everyone that signed a four person lease, but a "contest."
